    I stupidly went past this no entry sign yesterday to enter a car park would I get fined for this?

    Looks like an adopted highway road so, like any No Entry, yes, you could.

    From one approach, one of the No Entry signs is completely obscured by the “Welcome to Aytoun Street Car Park” sign.
